What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Please contact me for a quote. Quotes are based on how many guests you’re expecting and the length of your event. In some cases travel, an extra bartender and additional accommodations are also incorporated in pricing. All quotes are negotiable!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

If you’re interested, tell me about your desires and visions (how many guests, hours needed, drink choices, venue space, etc). I’ll then give you a quote (all quotes are negotiable), if you decide to move forward, there’ll be a 20% non refundable deposit. I prefer to keep in touch leading up to your event in case things change as far as your preferences, as I’m always willing to accommodate. The remaining funds are due 5 days prior to your event (unless discussed otherwise).

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

ATC Certification, Liquor License, Serving Permit

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started out bartending local events (Lucas Oil Stadium events), I then begin to team up with other bartenders for bigger events (wedding receptions, parties, reunions). I have now ventured off on my own, I’m very excited and ready to serve you all!

What types of customers have you worked with?

I love interacting with different kinds of people, it’s such a learning experience!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I was booked last minute (due to original bartender canceling), I showed up unprepared (came straight from work) but was still able to jump right in and meet the needs of the family that I served.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

How many guests are you expecting? How many hours will you need the bartender? Indoor/Outdoor space? Are you prucueuhg the liquor or would I need to? Is this open bar or a cash bar? What’s your budget? Do you have a vision?
